Wind Mitigation Inspection

Verifies the construction features of a building using the OIR-B1-1802 form. (Roof Covering, Roof Deck Attachment, Roof to Wall Attachment, Roof Geometry, SWR, & Opening Protection)

Roof Only (Mitigation)

Used to verify only the Roofing and Attic questions of the Wind Mitigation form. All Opening/Shutter information will be omitted and uninspected.

Openings Only (Mitigation)

Used to verify only the Opening/Shutter section of the Wind Mitigation form. All Roofing and Attic options will be omitted and uninspected.

Four Point Inspection

Verifies if the (1) Electrical System, (2) HVAC System, (3) Plumbing System, and (4) roofing Structure, Structure, all 

One Point Inspection

Verifies if one of the (1) Electrical System, (2) HVAC System, (3) Plumbing System, or (4) Roofing Structure, meets various underwriting condition and age requirements. Please specify which “points” are to be inspected in your notes.

Two Points Inspection

Verifies if two of the (1) Electrical System, (2) HVAC System, (3) Plumbing System, and (4) Roofing Structure, meet various underwriting condition and age requirements. Please specify which “points” are to be inspected in your notes.

Three Points Inspection

Verifies if three of the (1) Electrical System, (2) HVAC System, (3) Plumbing System, and (4) Roofing Structure, meet various underwriting condition and age requirements. Please specify which “points” are to be inspected in your notes.

Roof Condition Certificate

Verifies if the Roofing Structure and materials will meet various underwriting condition and age requirements.
